- High ration switches or conventional insurable switches.
- Stated Income high ratio and insurable
- Sliding scale applies to all 3 proper types (single family, condo, townhomes) - Flexible on exceptions
- Flexible with self managed strata's.
- No max mortgage amount
- No CTC, no foster parent income

Below is our notice on preexisting contracts that came out on Jan 10th. It confirms that contacts written prior to Jan 1st 2018 can be grandfathered and underwritten using the contract rate if the purchase goes live prior to May 31st. The completion can extended for up to 120 days beyond the date the purchase goes live also.

We also sent out 2 notices on Jan 15th and 20th on conventional preapprovals. As long as the preapproval was underwritten prior to December 31st your client can qualify using the contract rate and their rate is protected for 120 days. If the preapproval goes live prior to it’s expiry date you can also obtain a commitment at current rates from the date it went live for up to another 120 days.
