How to Send Documents
All docs are submitted through Gateway online portal. They are time stamped to hold both the underwriter and broke accountable and alleviates missing docs.
Our service agreement is 24 hours for underwriter review and 48 hours for documentation review. If you are looking for a quicker process it is best to include documents on submission.
